All reptiles purchased through Constrictors R Us come with a 2-week health guarantee, as long as the reptile is housed in a proper setup. No exceptions. It is crucial to reach out to me as soon as possible with any concerns.

If a Reptile arrives deceased, you MUST reach out to us within 20 minutes of the official delivery time. Proof of said dead reptile will be needed. Live arrival is guaranteed as long as it is within the first delivery attempt. If shipping is delayed for any reason beyond my control, guaranteed live arrival no longer applies.

Reptiles will only ship when weather permits. Shipping is non-refundable.
